I’m almost embarassed with the length of time it has been since I posted on here and although I have been through some turbulent bits of life and a serious illness I do feel I need to spend some time documenting the work I’ve made through this period. One feature of my recent work has been an exploration of different supports. In the case above this was a piece of backing board from an old ‘holy picture’ primed with thin layers of weak gesso, dripping and dribbling until there was a thick enough layer to draw on.
